Sharni Vison who is an Australian American actor and dancer, was born on the 22nd of July, 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her debut was in the year 2001. She was a part of a small part on the show Home and Away. The casting agent was keen to cast her in one of the leading characters. She was however rejected for the part. Thus, on the same episode, Cassie Turner was cast as a troubled teenage girl living in foster care. Both critics and fans alike have praised her role.
