Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took the first six years of competing to obtain her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she finished third. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows using single-arm pull downs with lats. She usually warms up first before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
