Hayley is an American actress and singer. Her most well-known role is Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy series "The Goldbergs". She considers herself to be a musician first and foremost. According her, is the very first thing she loves. Her first time playing it at age nine. As she grew to the age of 12 her music took on a serious nature and she began professional training. As a teenager She began to write herself songs. The first album she released as a cover didn't come out until 14 years later. There hasn't been a turning around since. Orrantia is a native of the USA but has Hispanic origins. Although she never lived or was a Spanish speaker in Mexico She is strongly proud of her Hispanic roots. To keep her heritage alive, she is learning Spanish. She also creates songs that incorporate the language. The singer recorded an Spanish version of a song called 'Hasta Verte. The summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere episode of The X Factor. Orrantia, who was initially chosen through YouTube videos, received an average of four "yeses," from judges in Seattle in the live audition stage. Her initial audition was for solo performance, however, during "Hollywood Week" she was placed along with three female vocalists into a trio for remaining auditions. The live shows were held in the fifth week.
